The Casablanca Hotel was the perfect place for us to stay for our 22nd anniversary. The staff was always so helpful with suggestions since this was our first trip to New York. The facility itself was beautiful and immaculately clean. Our cozy room was perfect and the bed was the best of any hotel bed we've ever slept in. We loved the Casablance because of the attention paid to every detail, from the staff to the facility. Oh, one more note-- after walking around the city the day of our anniversary in 90+ degrees , what a surprise we had to find a complimentary chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room with a nice note. If we ever return to NYC, we'll definitely return to the Casablanca!

Our 5 night stay in this hotel in mid July was nothing short of spectacular! The most important first impression is the staff. Absolutely genuine friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean, neat, fresh daily, bathrooms were awesome, great hot showers and water pressure. The great cold air-conditioner was perfect for the summer heat! And above and beyond all that is the incredible breakfast included and with hours that allow flexible sleeping in. The evening wine and cheese tasting are out of this world! The iced tea is awesome, and that espresso/coffee machine! Oh Yeah!
The location of this hotel is incredible, just step out of the front door (that is always opened for you by the staff)and turn right,and with just a few steps you are in Times Square! And remember to eat next door at Tony's. Simply delicious food again with incredible staff! Will not look for any other hotel to stay in again and will definetely recommend this hotel to everyone. Our stay from May 18 to May 27, 2007 could not have been better. Your staff - Laura is a gem! - was friendly, happy and most accomodating. Our room was a welcome respite after busy days in the city with luxurious towels and linen. Your 5:00 pm wine and cheese is not to be missed and that coffee machine - with late night expresso and lattes available just topped off our nights. We will recommend your hotel to friends and family.Thank you.

We stayed late 3 nights late May and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Rick's cafe was brilliant for breakfast, cheese + wine, and all the drinks and cookies in between. Whenever we come back to NY we will stay here again and recommend it to all our friends.

We stayed with you in January for a father-son adventure to NYC. We had a great time, liked our room, and relaxed in the lounge. Breakfast was perfect, and the espresso machine just what dad needed! The location was great! The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful. We highly recommend the Casablanca Hotel!

Fined you hotel on the internet searching for the prosecco wines. Hotel is a friendly, homey place in the heart of NYC. The location is great with good access to Broadway and shopping. The staff were so, so friendly, and the room of decent size and great quality for the price. Very clean - absolutely satisfied. Free quality wines a huge, huge plus. They asked me to please post my review - a good sign that they are confident of the great quality of the establishment. I would stay here again and again.

Wonderful stay in NY and your hotel was in the right spot for us to go to many attractions, so centrally located. Cannot thank your staff enough, especially Nick. Hotel was clean, service prompt and Rick's was a true delight, coffee and refreshments available and most welcomed by the 9 of us in our party. Hope to come back and see your city again and the Casablanca will our first reservation. Our party ranged in age from Grandmother to teenage grandaughters, we all felt this was the place for us.

All 19 of us made it safely home, I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed our stay and for the pajama party you didn't seem to mind that we had. This was the first time to the city for most of us and I am going to plan a trip with my husband now for 2008. The women all enjoyed your Hotel and going next door to Tony's. My husband and I just returned home after spending 4 nights at the Casablanca. I didn't realize how close to Times Square the hotel really is. The room was a little smaller than what you would expect, but the staff and the atmosphere make up for it. It really is a wonderful getaway from everything. When we return to the city, we will be staying at the Casablanca again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit New York.

I brought my mother there for her birthday and what a treat. The staff was wonderful!!! They were all very helpful and did whatever they could to make our trip great. Being only steps away from times square and not hearing anything inside the hotel was truly amazing.

My daughter and I spent 11 Days in your beautiful hotel, in early September. From the minute we stepped into the Lobby after our 24 hour flight from Australia, we met Petr and that was the start of our beautiful holiday. The staff especially Jason & Petr went out of their way to advise us where to go. Rick's Cafe was an extra bonus the food was great, the rooms were very clean and no noise. The Sex and the City Tour and Casablaca Hotel will be in my daughter's memory for a long time. See you all in May 2008.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for one night last week. We were amazed at how it was like stepping into a different world almost upon entering. We couldn't hear any of the city sounds, honking, sirens, etc. and it was like we were the only people staying there. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed. I also have to point out that I arrived earlier in the day on the train and the desk staff was VERY accomodating with early check-in....it was a very hot day, and I did not want to lug my bag around the city !!!!! I would definitely recommend the Casablanca Hotel ....it WAS just like an oasis in Times Square !

If any place felt warm and inviting, it was this hotel and located in the heart of New York City. Fantastic location (right around the corner from Times Square). Super friendly staff and great manager. My husband and I and my sister and her husband stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. It was so nice having Rick's cafe on the 2nd floor to sit and relax and talk to other guests. We would come and go throughout the day and there was always something to nibble on in addition to the continental breakfast in the morning and wine and cheese later in the afternoon. The rooms were a little small, but clean and comfortable. We have no doubt that when we come back, we will stay at the Casablanca. Thank you to all the staff for treating us so very special.

I love the Casablanca Hotel and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when I visit the Big Apple. I first stayed there about 5 years ago and fell in love with the staff and the comfortable rooms. They have the best little breakfast for their guests every morning and keep snacks out all day for you to enjoy. It is so nice to know this is waiting for you after a day of walking, shopping and sightseeing. Their coffee is great!
Please give the Casablanca a try, you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I stayed at the Casablanca for our first visit to New York last month. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is incredibly helpful, and the location is great- right in the middle of Times Square, but extremely quiet inside. We look forward to our next trip to New York (in several months) and we will be staying here again.

My travel club has stayed at the Casablanca four years in a row. It has always been delightful and continues to be so. Most of my group of 29 adults had not been with me before, and they were amazed that I had found such a jewel. Adele, PJ and the rest of the staff are so special and helpful. I keep my trips to Manhattan small for several reasons, and securing accommodations at the Casablanca is one of those. Thanks to all of our friends at the hotel!

The Casablanca is the only place I stay when I visit New York. I love the wonderful treatment I receive from the staff. They go out of their way to please you. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. They provide a very nice breakfast for you in the morning with pastries, hard boiled eggs, cereals, fruit, coffee, juices, and hot chocolate. All of this is included in the price of your room. When coming to New York City this is the place to stay.

I would like to thank everyone at the Hotel for the way in which my wife and three friends were looked after during their stay Dec5th-10th 2005.
The accomodation, service,sundries ,help and advice would not be bettered anywhere else in New York.
My wife and friends would recommend anybody coming to New York to stay nowhere else but the Casablanca do not even think to look anywhere but at this location.

This hotel was a true treat and for NYC that is saying a lot. The city offers many nice hotels but this one was great. Helpful AND friendly front desk staff, courteous and helpful doorman/bellman, very clean and comfortable room, and Rick's Cafe gave hospitality in abundance. I could reccomend the Casablanca to anyone. I'll be back.

Definetly a highlight of our honeymoon. A staff that helped with anything and a wonderful place. Rick's cafe alone is reason to stay here. The rooms are spotless and beautiful and right next to time square. We will be back. We couldn't have imagined a place so relaxing right in the middle of all the noise and hussle of manhatten.

This hotel is everything it promised to be and more! After reviewing several hotel rating services/comments about the Casablanca, we decided to stay at the hotel. It's location is fabulous, the hotel is clean, quiet and welcoming. The staff is excellent in all regards and couldn't have been more helpful. We will be back on our next trip to NYC.
